each revenue source, expense, and volume. REV5 calculates net revenue based on
payer mix and expected reimbursement. You can add new services, people (even a
sales force), expenses, courier services, space rental and capital costs
(construction & equipment).
REV5 is an Excel template that is flexible
enough to tell you if you’re making money in any endeavor like a Surgery Center,
Imaging Center, Laboratory Outreach Program, Multiple Office Locations,
specialty clinic, etc.
Because it is an Excel workbook, you can share it via email and create
customized reports of any aspect of the Model, even though the formulas are
